SCIENCE DAY CELEBRATION

 National Science Day is celebrated today. The theme of Science Day 2020 is "Women In Science". The secondary level students of Sabarigiri.H.S.S, Anchal were invited to our college as part of this celebration.

Maths, Physical Science and Natural Science option student - teachers were assigned to conduct this programme. Vihas from Maths option , Neethu from Physical Science and Lekshmi from Natural Science took seminars related to their subjects.

A quiz competition (only Maths and Science related questions) was also held for the secondary level students of Sabarigiri.H.S.S, Anchal. After a two round quiz competition,  first ,second and third prize winners were appreciated and our principal, Mr.Brahmanandan Sir distributed the prizes.

The Natural science and physical science students coordinated an awareness class about COVID 19 and the virus outbreak in China.

INNOVATIVE WORK

 The biggest challenge to any teacher is capturing each student attention and converging ideas effectively to create impression. My innovative work is QUADRILATERAL BINGO which help the students to understand the concept of quadrilaterals and their properties. they also identified  different types of quadrilaterals and help them to compare and study them in detail.  it was designed as a game played by two members in which one person shoukd choose a Bingo card with a property of a quadrilateral labelled. The one who take the card should identify the property of the quadrilateral and place a button on the quadrilateral on the Bingo board. the person who complete the row or column will win.
